Membership

Membership at Heritage ConservancyAlmost everyone can recall a special place that is no longer there. Perhaps it's a quaint old home in the neighborhood of your youth or the rolling hills of bucolic farmland that you enjoyed as part of your Sunday drive with mom and dad. Every day, another piece of that indefinable element we call the "quality of life" is gone forever. It is disappearing rapidly, along with our open space and historic heritage. Consider joining Heritage Conservancy, a not-for-profit organization that is dedicated to preserving and protecting our natural and historic heritage!

More than 60 years later, the Conservancy has facilitated in the preservation of over 14,500 acres of land and has established itself as a regional leader in conservation. Volunteers continue to be vitally important to the organization.

Volunteer as an individual - We have many opportunities for individuals to volunteer. Gardening, committees, environmental stewardship work and other opportunities are great ways to get involved as an individual.

Volunteer as a group - Do you have a school group, class or scout troop that wants to do volunteer work in your community? Do you want to engage your employees in a corporate volunteer work day to benefit the community (while also team building)?
