New Exhibit at the East Amwell Museum! Come and step back in time for a fun and fascinating peek surrounding the life and genius of jack-of-all-trades, Dr. Cornelius Larison of Hunterdon County during his life in the 1800s. On display are the Art and Artifacts that encompass his many professions and ventures as a country doctor, dentist, founder of 2 renown Amwell schools, publisher, author, professor/headmaster, peach farmer, writer, historian, genealogist, and in particular a founder of phonetics as an advocate for spelling reform!! Afterwards, enjoy a glass of bubbly and chocolates in the 1800s kitchen! See you at the Museum!!
