Spring Cork Hunt
Join us for our Spring Cork Hunt on Saturday, April 27th! The hunt will begin at noon, and another at 3pm. We plan on hiding thousands of corks throughout the vineyard. Some corks will be able to be redeemed for prizes!
The only way to register for the cork hunt is one hour prior, on-site, with a $5 registration fee. Dress for the weather, especially footwear. Bring your bag for the corks! Must be 21+ to participate.
"Sip" back and relax by the fire pits or in the heated barn with a glass or bottle of your favorite wine. Our servers in the tasting room will be serving wine by the glass or bottle. Never been here before? We have 20+ wines... try a wine tasting and pick 6 wines off our menu for $8 and you keep the glass. Or enjoy your wine by the flight! As always, we will have 3-5 local beers on tap for those non-wine lovers.

- No cover charge for music
- 18 to 21 wines on the menu
- Plenty of free parking on-site
- No outside alcohol permitted
- Dog policy is that dogs must be leashed and no barking or jumping as a courtesy to patrons who could be frightened by dogs.
- Family-friendly: anyone under 21 must be with a parent at all times

A serious winery, Bishop Estate Vineyard and Winery is offering 18-21 kinds of wine and they are open every day! One of the best sellers includes our Dark Bishop Cabernet Sauvignon, a Cabernet that is aged in a rye whiskey barrel. Aging in the Dad's Hat rye whiskey barrel from our local Laurel Springs in Bristol, brings out wonderful flavors and really enhances the full-bodied fruit-forward Cabernet and gives it a very smooth mouthfeel. This is an outstanding wine for sipping, pairing with a hearty meal, and will make a great gift for those special occasions. The signature Bishop Cabernet Sauvignon is also a winner and the Cranberry wine just flies off the shelf!
