Sunday Brunch Cooking Class: Savory Irish Fare
Don't just eat brunch, experience it. Join us for a hands-on cooking class featuring traditional breakfast foods of Ireland. You'll prepare a mix of recipes that are sure to fuel you for the day! The session begins with a Baileys Irish coffee and then you'll work your way through a mix of savory and satisfying recipes. We'll have amazing smoked salmon and traditional tomato side prepared in advance to round out the meal.

Cooking Class: Seasonal Pasta and Gnocchi
Italian cooking is varied and rich in all its aspects but pasta and gnocchi have a special place in its history and traditions. This hands-on class will focus on kneading, rolling, cutting and forming fresh egg pasta and ricotta gnocchi. Each with be paired with sauces complement their flavor and served with a seasonal salad. It's the perfect session to roll up your sleeves and work together!

Join us for a day of food and shopping in New York City. Our gourmet markets tour takes you to some of New York's hottest food markets and neighborhoods. Your guide provides with detailed information about what to look for at each stop and will assist you with any questions your might have. We'll travel around the city in a comfortable coach, allowing you to relax and enjoy.

Cooking Class: Homemade Chorizo and Flaky Empanadas
This new session is a blend of hands-on and demonstration classes as participants make tender empanadas and salsas from scratch while watch fresh chorizo being made. As a special bonus, each participant will take home 6 ready -to-bake empanadas and 1 pound of our house smoked chorizo.

Cooking Demonstration Class and Dinner: A Steakhouse Meal
For many of us, there is nothing like going to our favorite steakhouse for a good meal. Having that experience at home is not difficult once you know how to pick and prepare the beef. We'll take you step by step through the process using traditional French recipes including salad, vegetable, starch and dessert to accompany the steaks. We will serve wines, chosen by wine expert Mike Conti, with each course that will complement the flavors in the dishes.

Change in pickup routine: Pickup from 4pm to 6pm. Due to the increasing activity with classes we ask that you come in to the shop for pickup.

Like many of you, Conquering Cuisine loves Thanksgiving. It's the best cooking holiday of the year and a time where we pull out all the stops to make the meal as special as possible. With so much to do, however, even the most avid home cooks can use a helping hand. That's where we come in, offering a delicious twist for your Thanksgiving table!
Each dinner pack includes a whole, local fresh turkey along with stuffing, mashed potatoes, cranberry sauce and gravy. It's made from scratch and comes ready to heat (instructions included) and serve. Serves 8 to 10.
